Discuss Support OptionsWhat Each Engagement Includes
Every support engagement has clearly defined terms — confirmed before any work begins.
Session Duration
Each session has a defined time allowance, confirmed before the engagement begins.
What Counts Toward Usage
Active support time, including live sessions and documented review of submitted materials.
Included Follow-Up
Each engagement specifies what follow-up is included (e.g., a brief summary call or clarification email).
Unused Hours
Prepaid hours have a defined expiration period. Unused hours do not roll forward indefinitely.
Response Windows
Acknowledgment time (when we respond to your request) is differentiated from diagnosis time (when the issue is assessed).
Additional Work
Any work beyond the agreed scope is approved by you before it begins.
After-Hours Charges
If after-hours support is available, any applicable charges are defined before the engagement.
No Unlimited Support
We do not offer unlimited support. All options have defined allowances and overage terms.
What Remote Support Does Not Include
Clear boundaries so you know what to expect — and what requires a different resource.
Not Included
Hands-on electrical work, physical repairs, module replacement, and onsite labor are not part of remote support. We can help coordinate a referral to a local contractor when needed.
No Performance Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific production outcomes, resolution times, or ranking results. We provide professional diagnostic guidance and documented findings.
Warranty Limitations
We cannot override manufacturer warranty decisions. We help document and present evidence but do not represent you in warranty disputes.
System Design Changes
Remote support does not include system redesign, AHJ plan set revisions, or permit applications. We can identify when these are needed and refer appropriately.
What Happens After You Inquire
No account required. No obligation. Here's the process from request to resolution.
You Submit a Request
Fill out the contact form with your issue, equipment, and team details.
We Review Scope
We assess whether remote support is the right fit and confirm availability.
We Confirm Terms
We send a brief summary of the engagement type, included allowances, and pricing before any work begins.
Support Session
We schedule and conduct the session at a mutually agreed time. You receive documented findings afterward.
